The company our property manager contracted to replace the broken air-conditioner in our unit hadn’t contacted us for several weeks and, with a newborn at home, we were struggling to get through one of the hottest December weeks in recent years.I called Cool Breeze on Boxing Day and, despite the office being unattended, left a message and received a call back from David within the hour. He put together the paper work and invited me over to his family home on a public holiday to collect one of two remaining units that had been returned to him the same morning. David had even set the air conditioners up in his garage as a demonstration which made choosing the right one a breeze. The CW4400 he recommended is very effective and has made it possible to go back to living in our living room again.David truly went above and beyond for us and we are incredibly grateful to him and Cool Breeze Rentals for accommodating us at such an inconvenient time.If, like me, you miss being able to deal with professionals who care about their customers and take pride in their work then this is the place to go.

I was looking to find the grill to replace on my webber traveller bbq. I spoke to multiple different bbq stores and was turned away many times saying that you cannot purchase that part as a replacement part. Unfortunately outdoor chef couldn't sell me the part as it didn't exist as a standalone part. They took the part off an existing product and gave me the part free of charge and made sure I was aware that it was given to me out of goodwill to help a fellow Aussie out for Aussie day. I then needed a gas regulator for specifically the traveller bbq. The owner of the shop then let me borrow one just to get the BBQ going on australia day as it was the next day and parts were extremly hard to come by even if ordered let alone same day. I left the shop with everything I needed and ended up purchasing extra gear because the store owner was so experienced, friendly and prompt about the buisness he was running. Absolute legend of a person and highly experienced in the industry. Would highly recommend this shop for value, expertise and fast service.

The butler store actually assists beats the other stores that I experienced; very polite and knowledgeable of the products they sell. Well worth travelling a bit out of your normal run.

I never leave reviews for anything online as I am not really an 'internet person'. However, the service, care, and consideration given to me by Alison at Perth Home of Heating was absolutely first class. She talked me through the steps to trouble-shoot my issues with my wood heater. And as she had to tend to customers as well, even called me back at the end of her working day to make sure I had been able to fix the problem. This NEVER happens, people NEVER call back! I was so impressed by this lovely lady. What a wonderful human being! Alison also emailed a few days later with the contact details for people who clean wood stove flues. I will definitely be using this business again, even though it is not my local one nor the closest, I will travel there deliberately for the service. Thank you again Alison. Will be highly recommending your business to anyone and everyone!
